New Yarn

Here's the yarn I am going to use for my Clapotis...





And here's some Fantasy Natural cotton I got from Patternworks...




I haven't done anything from my to do list but wind my yarn. I cast on for 2 new projects! I've got to get organized and finish some of these things!

We're taking the kids to the Providence Bruins game today, so although I knit during church, I won't be knitting until tonight.

Things to do...

1.) finish the reversible hat - I knit about an inch today at lunch
2.) work on my daughter's Einstein Jacket - I am uninspired and having a hard time picking this one back up
3.) wind my new Mystical Creation Yarn and start another Clapotis! - pic of yarn later.
4.) finish my charity blanket buddy - I'm up to the head on the one I started Sunday!

I sure wish I could just sit and knit all day! But, as my name states... I knit at night between 7pm and 11pm. We are expecting a Nor'Easter tonight... maybe I won't be able to get to work tomorrow!!! hehe Come on SNOW!!

Reversible Hat in progress

Reversible Hat

I started on my 2nd reversible hat. I'm knitting both sides at the same time. I'm alternating knitting a few rows on one side and then a few rows on the other side. The pattern is at Elann in the free patterns; Harlequin Cap I will post a pic later.
